discuss your preferred methods with your sales contact.
Traditional Methods
To order by telephone, contact customer services on 0121 606 0777,
quoting your six-digit account number. You can also fax your order to us on
0121 606 0476.
CBL Merchandising System
Our expert analysts are constantly monitoring the latest industry
sales trends which, combined with national information from our
data warehouse and the salesperson's knowledge of your
specific account, enables us to merchandise your store to
maximum effect. The merchandising service is available to all
retailers who choose Computer Bookshops® as their computer book
supplier and is available either remotely or through one of our
representatives.
Electronic Ordering
We can receive orders electronically via the following methods:
1. VAN EDI
We can accept orders in either Tradacoms or Edifact formats via any EDI
Value Added Network, ftp or email.
2. CBL Website - www.computerbookshops.com
New and existing CBL account-holders can register for a
shopping basket account to order on-line. The website also
provides a fully searchable book database and stock availability
information for registered users.
3. E-Mail
We can receive general enquiries & orders by email to info@computerbookshops.com.
4. Teleordering
We can receive orders via the Whitaker Teleordering Service.
Delivery Options
Postage and packing is usually free of charge within the
UK for orders over £100* (trade price).
Smaller UK orders will be charged at £2.95 p&p.
Orders received before 4pm will normally be dispatched the same day**.
For normal orders, allow 2-4 days for delivery.
